For clients who choose to pay out-of-pocket or whose insurance does not fully cover our services, we offer clear and competitive self-pay rates.

  • Do you accept my insurance?

    I currently accept multiple insurance plans. If I am not in-network with your provider, you may be eligible for out-of-network benefits. Please contact your insurance company directly to confirm your coverage.

  • What if you don’t accept my insurance?

    If I am out-of-network for your provider, you have a few options:


    • Private Pay – You can pay out-of-pocket at the rate of $200 per session.
    • Out-of-Network Reimbursement – I can provide documentation (a "superbill") that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
  • What is a “superbill,” and how does it work?

    A superbill is an itemized receipt for services rendered that you can submit to your insurance company. Depending on your out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider for details.

  • Do you offer a sliding scale or reduced rates?

    Yes, I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. If you believe you qualify, please contact me to discuss availability.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    I accept HSA cards, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, cash, and checks. Payment is due at the time of your session.
